At BCE Elix, our primary goal has always been to increase customer satisfaction and build customer trust and loyalty. Our Customer Service offering includes new ways to meet your needs.

To better serve you, we have created the position of Client Manager. Every client under an annual maintenance agreement has access to this service and the client manager’s responsibilities are to ensure your maintenance contract with BCE Elix is honored and to provide easy access to our services.

BCE Elix's Customer Service hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (ET), Monday to Friday. Customers who have an BCE Elix service agreement should contact us. Depending upon the terms specified in their own service agreement, the customer service hours may vary from 8:30 to 5/5 days to 24 hours/7 days.
