Tampa Electric Chooses Elix to Implement Contact Center Solution
The solution will include the Genesys contact center suite, Elix Softphone and Desktop Impresario and Elix reporting tool Presto
Montreal, Quebec, February 4th, 2004 — Elix, specialist in contact center solutions, today announced their agreement with Tampa Electric Co. to provide and implement a suite of contact center applications from Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. To complement and enhance the Genesys suite, Elix will also implement its Presto reporting tool, and Impresario softphone and desktop application. As an accredited Genesys University, Elix will also provide the Genesys application training and custom–designed on-site courses as well as support and maintenance of licenses and applications. Voice Application using Speech, VoiceXML and Web Produces Overwhelming Response Rate
The “Talk to Santa” Application: A New Way to Showcase VoiceXML
Montreal, Quebec, January 20th, 2004 – Elix, Nü Echo and CONCEPT S2i are proud to announce the results following the launch of their Santa voice application at www.talktosantaclaus.com. Launched December 8th, the web site received over 130,000 visits within 2 weeks, and more than 72,000 people had a chat with Santa. The follow up survey revealed that 96% of respondents were very satisfied or satisfied with their Santa interaction. Some parents wrote back stating that the speech application was so realistic that their children, especially the younger ones, really believed they were speaking with Santa. (more)
