Yves Simard has a BSc in Administration from Laval University and more than 20 years of business experience, mostly in the call center field, with expertise both in consulting and management and in the integration and development of technologies for customer contact centers.
Over the last 10 years, he has supervised and actively participated in the development and implementation of various optimization projects for customer interaction centers. One-stop shopping, multi-channel contact centers, voice portals and speech recognition, optimization of call center operations, and the deployment of IP call centers are among the recent challenges he has met with his team of consultants and integrators.
