    This course is designed to give you an excellent understanding of the Presto product, BCE Elix’s outstanding historical reporting solution. It will give you the ability to install, configure and test the basic functionality of the product.

    The course will focus on integration with the Genesys environment, the method by which data will be stored in the Presto database, as well as methods of extracting data through SQL statements.
