Why should I use Elix Presto when CC Analyzer does the job?
To avoid double counting with CC Analyzer, substantially, more resources are required. Elix Presto requires far fewer resources to produce identical reports. The savings in hardware resources far outweigh the cost. Presto provides call-by-call tracking, while CC Analyzer offers sum of total averages.

Why would I need all those reports?
Which combination of data collecting engines you should use depends on your contact center's specific reporting needs. In some instances, Elix Presto could be used alone. In others, it should be used as a complement to CC Analyzer. Whereas CC Analyzer depends on the Stats Server, Elix Presto relies on call data provided by the TServer.

Why would I need skills-based reporting?
Elix Presto can do a lot more than skills-based reporting. Any combination of attached call data and Genesys Statistics can be collected to generate reports with Elix Presto.
