This workshop is designed to further develop the skills of experienced contact centre agents. This workshop covers in depth the attitudes of highly successful outbound sales professionals and examines effective techniques used in planning and executing a successful sales call.

Additional attendees to a maximum of 15 per session, $ 200.00 per attendee.

Customized Sessions:
Same price as dedicated plus $195.00 per hour or $1500.00 per day in customization fees.
