They must develop in their people an enthusiasm that supports the new “sales culture”. Managers must convey tough messages, emphasizing the importance of the highest standards of performance. They also have to provide the daily leadership that encourages front line staff to deliver positive messages to customers.

From Information to Inspiration is a one-day seminar that teaches call center managers how to meet these goals. It teaches how to move from an informational mode of communicating to an inspirational mode. Participants learn how speak with clarity, passion, and conviction. The instruction is highly practical. As one participant put it, “There are opportunities to apply the learning at meetings, presentations, and in one-to-one interactions.” The course is intensive and interactive. It begins by exploring the mindset of a motivational leader. Participants then learn how to “script” themselves as leaders. In small group workshops these sessions, managers practice delivering note-form talks and off-the-cuff remarks. They will gain experience in interactive speaking, including Q&As.
